Rebecca Shivji founded CounsellingKind in August 2018. She is a qualified Counsellor, and has committed to the role of Volunteer Counsellor at the Simeon Centre since March 2016.

Having gained a Psychology Degree in 2003, Rebecca has gone on to establish a robust career in the Charity and Education Sectors. This has involved: designing and implementing a new employability project for higher education students, managing a staff team, fundraising, supporting service users, and mentoring disadvantaged young people.
